Upper Chesapeake Health (UCH) is a not-for-profit, community-based, two-hospital system dedicated to delivering a broad range of healthcare services to the Harford County Maryland community. It is also affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System.
The competition is particularly heated in the area of orthopedics. UCH engaged Channel Communications to strengthen local UCH brand recognition and focus its identity around its strong orthopedic capabilities.
After conducting a comprehensive brand evaluation, Channel developed a customized regional, multi-media plan that delivered targeted messages to key audiences in the Harford County area. Radio spots, newspaper ads, direct mail, mall signage, and a new landing page on the UCH website strengthened the UCH brand presence.
