National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative
TelcoVideo was a new product from the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) that was formed to ensure that rural telco members would have fair and ready access to video programming through Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service. Through TelcoVideo, NRTC could offer its telco members more than 350 channels of digital video and audio.
The Channel team helped NTRC roll out this new product through a multi-faceted communications program. First, we created the TelcoVideo brand identity and the positioning/tagline “Powerful Programming. Smart Support.” Then we developed a campaign to introduce TelcoVideo at a major industry tradeshow—the campaign included sales collateral, direct mail, email, and trade show graphics. We also created a microsite to further support TelcoVideo.
