Providence Hospital of Washington, DC is the city’s oldest continuously operating hospital. It was founded in 1861 when President Abraham Lincoln signed an Act of Congress to charter its establishment. Today, Providence is still going strong as a teaching hospital, providing three graduate medical teaching programs and serving as a rotational site for nursing and medical students.
To celebrate its 150th anniversary, Providence engaged the Channel team to develop a broad range of communications materials. These included a commemorative logo, tagline, print ads, radio spots, a microsite, and a video highlighting the hospital’s milestone achievements.
