Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union Brings Home Impressive Award for Channel-Based Mortgage Campaign

Agency’s creative branding and media strategies lead to remarkable industry award for client

BALTIMORE, MD, June 2022 — Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union (BCEFCU) and Channel Communications add to their winning streak by being acknowledged for their 15/15 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) campaign’s ROI from spring 2021. The campaign, which featured a timely, seasonal baseball theme, helped lead BCEFCU to close over $38 million in mortgages.

In early June 2022, at an annual conference in Ocean City, MD, the MD & DC Credit Union Association presented the BCEFCU marketing team with a “Marketing Trailblazer Award” for Best Return on Investment. Out of seven total categories, the Best Return on Investment award analyzes campaign goals and what results were achieved, as well as what gains were made in relation to campaign costs.

The Trailblazer Awards for Excellence in Marketing & Communications honor credit unions that creatively market and communicate products, services, and activities to their members. In terms of eligibility, any credit union affiliated with the MD & DC Credit Union Association is eligible to enter the awards competition. Entries are judged on branding, content, development of measurable goals and objectives, and achievement of results.
