Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union Taps Channel for Social Media and Mortgage Campaign

Agency helps lift social media engagement and promote appealing 15/15 ARM offer

BALTIMORE, MD, January 2021 — Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union (BCEFCU) connected with Channel Communications for social media messaging and advertising support to expand brand awareness and increase engagement/followings. Separately, BCEFCU needed to promote its suite of full range mortgage products. BCEFCU and Channel specifically focused on a new 15/15 Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM). The product was unique in the region and more attractive than a traditional ARM providing a fixed interest rate for the first 15 years. The adjusts once in year 16 with a 4% cap at the time of rate adjustment. In addition, Channel focused on highlighting BCEFCU’s personal touch and strong customer service. The campaign timeline was March 1 – May 31, 2021.
